For more than 70 years, Kenmin Foods has played a central role in shaping Japan’s rice vermicelli culture. As a direct-operated restaurant, Kenmin Dining offers “serious vermicelli dishes” crafted with professional technique, now served in a refined, modern space.
Another highlight: all dishes are prepared gluten-free, using no wheat flour.
