Two Distinct Spicy Sauces

Each plate comes with two types of curry sauces.

The signature curry is cooked in an iron pot with 23 carefully blended spices, creating a deep, bold flavor. Guests can enjoy two original sauces:

  • “Yellow”: A flavor highlighted by fruity sweetness and mellow richness.

  • “Black”: A slightly bitter and deeply rich taste, enhanced with cocoa and black sesame.

You can savor them separately or mix them on your plate to enjoy different layers of taste.

One of the menu favorites: Tajima Chicken Curry.

The Flavor of Grilled Cheese Topping

Cheese topping being lightly grilled before serving.

For those who enjoy extra richness, the cheese topping is a must-try. Lightly grilled before serving, the cheese develops a golden-brown crust that adds aroma and mellows the spice, creating a perfect balance. Even those who usually avoid spicy dishes will find it enjoyable.

 Pickles and House Spice “Peri-Peri”

Pickled condiments such as fukujinzuke and shallots are free to enjoy.

Every curry comes with a side of condiments. Visitors can freely help themselves to pickled vegetables such as fukujinzuke, pickled shallots, and “Piku-Rakkyo” (a mix of pickles and rakkyo). On each table, you’ll also find Kitano Curry’s secret “Peri-Peri” spice, which adds a fiery kick when sprinkled on top.

Every dish captures the essence of Kobe’s gourmet spirit while offering a unique curry experience that visitors won’t find elsewhere.
